Fixed: Notifications not being sent

Fixed: Miiingle Notification not being sent, when using non ascii characters.

There was a issue with miiingle notifications not being sent when characters were non ascii. 

This includes Chinese, Swedish and German characters. 

The bug has been fixed on server and does not require a App upgrade.
